Being confident of this very thing that he which hath begun a good work in you shall perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6.

 

In June 2003 the Lord begin to speak to Pastor Harris concerning leading the people, not just any people but the down trodden, rejected, castaways from alleys, street corners and crack houses. He assured Pastor Harris that the ministry would not be understood, because it would be unusual not just a church but a hospital and a place of refuge for the sinner and backslider as well as leaders to be restored.

On February 8th 2004 the doors of the church were open at the Ramada Inn Conference Center here in the city. From Death to Destiny Outreach Ministry had the first service and the power of God fell in the place. After three weeks of service in the Ramada in, the Lord blessed From Death to Destiny Outreach Ministry with a permanent building.

On February 29th, 2004 Overseer Felicia Snow-Brown affirmed the call and consecrated Pastor LeTonya Harris in the office as a pastor.

On March 28th, 2004 From Death to Destiny Outreach entered into the new building and have been there since. May has come and gone but the Spirit of the Lord has not departed! He has placed His hand of approval upon this ministry and we give him ALL the glory
